What can and can't be repaired
Cracks longer than about 35 cm
Three or more long cracks from one impact point
Chips, bullseyes and star breaks (legs up to about 7.5 cm)
Damage to the inner layer, or to both layers, of the glass
Damage to the plastic layer in the middle of the glass
Cracks up to about 35 cm
Cracks with no impact point, or edge cracks that touch more than one edge
A single surface pit
Dirt or marks inside the damage that can't be cleaned out
Damage over a camera, sensor or heating element
